5xbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By completing the registration process on 5xbet, you confirm that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Voluntary closure: Players may request the closure of their 5xbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, ensure that any remaining real money balance has been withdrawn. 5xbet will process a voluntary account closure request within 5 business days. Where a Player is closing their account for responsible gaming reasons, account closure will be prioritised and processed immediately upon request.

Closure by 5xbet: 5xbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Player is found to be located in, or a resident of, a Restricted Territory;
• The Player's account activity triggers anti-money laundering or fraud detection procedures;
• 5xbet is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law;
• The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable conduct toward 5xbet staff.

Where an account is closed by 5xbet for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's last registered payment method within 10 business days. Where closure results from a breach, 5xbet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be permanently forfeited.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the selected period has expired. During the self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and no deposits, withdrawals, or bets will be permitted. 5xbet will cease all promotional communications to self-excluded accounts immediately. Amendments to these Terms: 5xbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address held on their account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using 5xbet and close your account before the changes take effect.
